We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

What is the warranty card?

We regard any proof of purchase or delivery such as a packing slip, receipt or invoice as proof of warranty. Even if you cannot find any of these documents, we are happy to help you. For example, to request a copy of your proof of purchase.

How can you offer a defective product with warranty?

All products purchased from OCOR Service can be offered for repair or shipped. You can register a defective product with warranty via customer service or send us an e-mail to info@autoververfer.com

What should you pay attention to when offering a repair?

In order to properly investigate a defective product, we ask you to hand in or send all supplied accessories such as chargers, cables, etc. If you send the product, please do so in the original packaging or ensure good packaging so that no damage can occur during transport.

How long does a repair take?

We ensure that you can use your product again as soon as possible. If your product has not been repaired after 14 days, we will look for a suitable solution together.

Do you have to pay for a repair?

If it is plausible in advance that the repair will be performed free of charge because it falls within the statutory warranty period, investigation costs will never be charged.

If the defect or complaint is not due to the product, costs may be charged for the repair. Repair costs are known in advance or the defective product must first be examined by the repair company before a quote can be given. After your approval, the repair will then be carried out.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@carmultimedia.nl. You can also download the withdrawal form and send it to us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
